European Banking Authority publishes report summarising findings on implementation of IFRS 9 in the EU

The European Banking Authority (EBA) has published a report setting out findings relating to its monitoring activities on the implementation of IFRS 9 in the European Union. The EBA noted significant efforts in the implementation, but also expresses cautioned relating to certain accounting practices, with particular focus on some relating to the COVID-19 pandemic.
