Acquisition of MAN Truck & Bus Österreich GmbH by WSA Beteiligungs GmbH

The production facility in Steyr was founded in 1914 and is a leading manufacturer of commercial vehicles, buses and trucks. WSA Beteiligungs GmbH became the sole owner of the automotive company that exceeds EUR 1 billion in sales with more than 1,900 employees.

After the acquisition the company continued its operations under Steyr Automotive GmbH.
