ERI Group is a leading manufacturer and supplier of low-carbon, energy efficient heat exchanger cells with companies operating in North Macedonia, Italy, Spain and the UK. BDO supported Volution Group plc with financial, tax and legal due diligence, preparation of the share purchase agreement and closing of the transaction.
