IASB webinars on Business Combinations and Goodwill Discussion Paper planned in Spanish and Portuguese

The IASB is planning webinars to discuss the Board’s preliminary views included in their recent discussion paper on Business Combinations – Disclosures, Goodwill and Impairment, which discusses how the accounting and disclosure requirements for these aspects of IFRS may be improved.
