Working from anywhere: Issues for the Employee

The Future of Work and working from anywhere are some of the most common issues for employers and their employees to navigate today. Many employees will have seen media commentary of employers allowing their employees to ‘work from anywhere’. For many, technology has enabled this proposition to exist. Offers for working visas in idyllic locations, encouraging relocation to work in a ‘sunny, friendly environment’ may appeal to some but, what should employees be considering when they make a remote working request?
